Mr Gault was discovered seriously injured on a footpath between Fintry Avenue and Buchanan Crescent at around 3am on 16 November 2021.

Suspects Set to Face Court in October

The accused will appear at Livingston Sheriff’s Court on Wednesday, 18 October 2022.

Investigation Ongoing

A full report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal as the investigation continues.
