The accused are due in Westminster Magistrates’ Court this Tuesday (8 November) following a joint police operation involving the Metropolitan, Essex, Surrey, and neighbouring forces. Here’s the lineup:

  • Ian Bates, 63, of Clarke Road, Northampton
