Serious Crash on A35 Lyndhurst Road in Christchurch
Dorset Police are hunting witnesses after a nasty collision on the A35 Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch. The smash involved a white HGV, a blue Honda CR-V, and a black Mercedes convertible late on Friday, 18 November 2022.
Honda Driver Seriously Injured
The Honda driver, a local man in his 30s, was rushed to southampton/" title="Southampton" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Southampton General Hospital with serious injuries. Emergency crews slammed the brakes on the road, closing it down until shortly after 2.30am the next morning.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
PC Adam Carr from Dorset’s traffic unit said, “We are carrying out enquiries into the circumstances of this collision and I am keen to speak to any witnesses who have not already had contact with police.
“I would also urge any motorists with dashcam who were travelling in the area to please check their footage for anything of relevance.”
He thanked the public for their patience during road closures.
