Burglary Shock in Whitstable: Police Hunt Man Seen on CCTV

Police are on the hunt for a man caught on CCTV after a burglary in Whitstable’s High Street. The raid happened at around 3.20pm on Friday, 24 June 2022, when thieves stole bank cards and cash from a staff area in a local business.

Fraudulent Charges Follow Theft

The stolen bank cards were later used for fraudulent purchases at nearby shops, sparking a wider investigation. Officers launched a hunt for witnesses, reviewed CCTV, and scoured the area for clues.
