Rushing back to the scene, Paul encountered a scene fraught with chaos and anguish. Firefighters battled the blaze that engulfed his sixth-floor flat, with smoke billowing from the balcony and flames scaling the building’s exterior. Despite valiant efforts to breach the door, access to the flat proved challenging amidst the intense heat and smoke.

Amidst the chaos, Paul’s worst fears threatened to materialize as he imagined Bruno succumbing to the inferno. However, a ray of hope pierced through the despair when firefighters located Bruno unscathed, nestled behind a bed in Paul’s bedroom.
