Daylight Robbery Shakes Hove Vodafone Store

Suspects Flee in Broad Daylight
The gang, described as black males wearing dark tracksuits and trainers, fled on foot. Witnesses say they bolted north up George Street towards Goldstone Villas, possibly jumping into a waiting vehicle. Two suspects covered their faces, with one carrying a black duffle bag. CCTV shots have been released as police race to track them down.
Police Connect Hove Theft to Bexhill Raid
Detective Inspector Jennifer Pietersen, leading the probe, revealed the Hove robbery bears a striking resemblance to a similar incident at the Vodafone store on Devonshire Road, Bexhill, just days earlier on 19 May.
“We are investigating this robbery and appealing for witnesses and anyone with relevant information, such as mobile phone or CCTV footage, to come forward. We are linking this robbery with a very similar robbery which occurred at the Vodafone store in Devonshire Road, Bexhill, on Monday, 19 May.”
