A man in his 30s was rushed to hospital following a savage tussle on Bramley Lane, Trowbridge, last night (01/10).
The brutal clash broke out at around 7:25pm between a group of acquaintances. The victim suffered serious injuries but is not expected to have life-changing damage.
Multiple Arrests Made in Assault Probe
Police responded swiftly, cordoning off the scene and detaining several suspects on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. The case is now in the hands of the CID as they dig deeper.

DI Tom Straker said: “We understand the concern this incident may cause. However, this was a dispute between known individuals, and there is no wider threat to the public.”
“A man is receiving treatment and several men have been arrested as we work to uncover the full story behind this assault.”
