DA15 Drenched in Water Woes: Homes Left High and Dry

Residents in DA15 have faced a dry ordeal since the morning of February 18, waking up to no water or trickling taps. Thames Water confirmed numerous homes across the area are affected by the disruption.

Specialist Crew Rushed In to Fix the Crisis

A Thames Water spokesperson said: “We’re aware that some of you in the DA15 area are experiencing no water or low pressure this morning. We’re sorry for the disruption this is causing.”

They added: “Our specialist team is on the way to investigate the cause and get things back to normal as quickly as possible.”

Help on Hand: Register for Priority Support

Thames Water urged residents who may need extra assistance to sign up for their priority support scheme. “This helps us understand your situation so we can offer better assistance,” explained the spokesperson.

Update Due by Noon as Teams Race to Restore Supply

The water firm promised an update by 12pm and apologised for the disruption. Repair crews are working round the clock to get water flowing again fast.
