Four men have been arrested on suspicion of murder following a fatal stabbing in Peckham in the early hours of Monday morning.
Deadly Knife Attack Outside Ruby Street Nightclub
The Met was called to Ruby Street at 3:54am on 6 April after reports of a fight involving a group outside a nightclub. Officers and paramedics arrived to find a 26-year-old man with stab wounds. Despite emergency efforts, he died at the scene. Two other men in their 20s were also found injured and remain in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Suspects in Custody
Four men – one aged 18 and three aged 24 – were arrested later that same day on suspicion of murder. They remain in police custody as the investigation continues.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
“This is a deeply tragic incident, and our thoughts are with the victim’s family during this difficult time,” said Detective Chief Inspector Neil John. “We have already arrested four men and our investigation continues at pace. There will be an increased police presence in the area to reassure the community.” “This assault happened outside a busy nightclub. We urge anyone with information, dashcam footage, or mobile phone videos to come forward.”
