Just before 4am on April 6, chaos erupted outside a nightclub on Ruby Street, Peckham. Paramedics rushed to the scene where a 26-year-old man was found with fatal stab wounds. Sadly, he died on the spot.
Two More Fighting for Their Lives
Two other men, both in their 20s, were also injured in the attack. They remain in critical condition in the hospital.
Four Arrested in Murder Probe
Police arrested four men later that day – one aged 18, and three aged 24 – on suspicion of murder. All remain in custody as the investigation speeds up.
Detective Chief Inspector Neil John said: “This is a deeply tragic incident, and our thoughts are with the victim’s family during this difficult time. We have already arrested four men and our investigation continues at pace.” “This assault happened outside a busy nightclub. We encourage anyone with information, dashcam, or mobile footage to come forward.” “You’ll notice more police patrols in the area today as we work to keep the community safe.”
