Man on the Run After Shocking Cricklewood Stabbing
A manhunt is underway after a stabbing at a flat above the Shisha Grill on the corner of Broadway and Mora Road, Cricklewood. The violent attack happened late on Wednesday night, 6th August 2025, sparking a major police operation.
Suspect and Victim Knew Each Other
Police revealed the victim and suspect were not strangers—they shared the top floor of the building. Initial reports suggested the suspect might have barricaded himself inside the flat, prompting a heavy police presence.
Officers are combing through CCTV footage and speaking to witnesses as the investigation unfolds. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward, anonymously if preferred, by calling 0800 555 111.
Victim Rushed to Hospital with Serious Injuries
An Ambulance Service spokesperson confirmed: “We were called at 9.53am on 7th August following reports of a stabbing in Cricklewood Broadway, NW2.” They sent an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer, and London’s Air Ambulance.
“One patient was treated at the scene and rushed by road to a major trauma centre as a priority,” the spokesperson added.
This unsettling attack has left the local community shaken as police hunt the perpetrator.
