Tragic Crash on B4696 Claims Young Woman’s Life

Wiltshire Police are hunting for witnesses after a fatal four-vehicle smash on the B4696 Braydon Road, just south of Ashton Keynes.

The horror crash happened at around 2:15pm on March 15. Emergency crews rushed to the scene, but sadly, a woman in her 20s was pronounced dead onsite.

Two Others Injured, But Expected to Recover

Along with the fatality, two other people were hurt in the pile-up. Thankfully, their injuries aren’t thought to be life-threatening. Both were quickly taken to hospital for treatment.

Police Launch Investigation, Appeal for Witnesses

Wiltshire Police have contacted the next of kin and expressed their deepest condolences. Now, they want anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage to come forward.

“Information from witnesses is vital to piece together exactly what led to this tragic collision,” police said.
