Sagar’s sister spoke out in anguish: “It is a complete waste of life. Not only has my brother’s life and my family’s life been destroyed, those involved have also ruined their own lives – and for what? My baby brother, I’m dying inside every moment.”

- Officers were called at 5:44am on Sunday, 10 March, after reports of a collision involving two vehicles and a pedestrian on Woodside Avenue.
- The man, from Chandlers Ford, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
- Police scoured the area all day Sunday before lifting the cordon late evening.
- They returned Monday to seal off a wooded area near Woodside Avenue for further searches linked directly to the murder inquiry.
