Motorcycles Torched in Early Morning Blaze on Springfield Road

Between 1.30am and 2.30am on Thursday, June 16, 2022, a fire broke out on Springfield Road, damaging two motorcycles and a nearby property.

Kent Firefighters Rush to Scene

Kent Fire and Rescue Service quickly responded and extinguished the blaze, preventing further destruction. The fire left two motorcycles badly damaged and also affected an adjacent building.

Police Hunt Witnesses and CCTV Footage

Detective Constable Lily MacKay from Tonbridge CID appealed for help. “We have been completing enquiries and now urge anyone who saw suspicious behaviour in the area to come forward,” she said.

Motorists with dashcams and local residents with CCTV are asked to check their footage for clues.
