Police Hunt ‘Balaclava Pervert’ Exposing Himself to Schoolgirls in Baffins
Officers have launched an urgent investigation after two disturbing acts of indecent exposure in Baffins last week.
Two Shocking Incidents in a Week
On Friday, April 20, just after 3.20pm, three schoolgirls walking through Great Salterns Recreation Ground were horrified to spot a man flashing them. The perpetrator, wearing a balaclava, fled the scene without saying a word.
Less than a week later, on Thursday, April 26 around 6pm, another group of youngsters saw a similarly dressed man exposing himself near Baffins Pond. This time, he ran off towards Hayling Avenue before police arrived on the scene.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Despite a prompt area search, officers failed to find the man. They urge anyone with information to call 101, quoting reference 44180154294.
“We understand these shocking incidents are frightening for families,” police said. “Please make sure your children know never to talk to strangers and to always travel with friends or a trusted adult.”
Keep Kids Safe: Parents Warned
- Remind children about stranger danger.
- Encourage walking home in groups.
- Report any suspicious behaviour to police immediately.
Stay vigilant, Baffins – this balaclava pervert is still at large.
