Man Charged With Murder After Fatal Stabbing in Chandos Avenue
Armand Tafa, 39, with no fixed address, was charged on Monday, 27 March. He is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court this morning.
40-Year-Old Man Found Dead With Fatal Stab Wound
Police launched a murder investigation after Stefan Stelian Moraru, 44, was found injured in Chandos Avenue at around 6am on Monday, 20 March. Sadly, Moraru died at the scene.
A post-mortem on 21 March confirmed he died from a stab wound to the heart. Met’s Specialist Crime Command are supporting his next of kin.
Additional Arrests Made
- Migen Emilova, 35, also with no fixed address, was charged on Sunday, 26 March and will appear at the Old Bailey on Wednesday, 29 March.
- A 46-year-old man and a 29-year-old man were arrested and released on bail pending further enquiries.
