Chamberlain was caught during a crackdown by the Hereford proactive team targeting County Lines drug operations. He played a central role in smuggling and distributing heroin and crack cocaine into Herefordshire from the West Midlands.

Authorities found Chamberlain used his home address as a base for deals and distribution. He arranged meetings with users—known as ‘punters’—to supply them with dangerous narcotics.
