Gun Fired in London Assault – Suspects on the Run
Police rushed to Rock Place at just before noon on Monday, 19 October after reports of an assault involving three people. A firearm was allegedly discharged during the incident, but thankfully the victim escaped injury.
Man and Woman Arrested in Attempted Murder Probe
Despite an immediate search, officers couldn’t find the two suspects – a man and a woman. But on 28 October, cops swooped on a Golden Lane property linked to the case.
A 22-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. Both remain in custody as officers continue their questioning.
Drug Bust and Further Arrests in Ongoing Investigation
During the raid, police seized a large quantity of cannabis. A 24-year-old woman was arrested for assisting an offender but has since been bailed.
Additionally, a 49-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating Class B drugs and assisting an offender. He too has been bailed.
