18-Year-Old Charged with Triple Murder in Luton Tower Block
An 18-year-old man has been charged with murder after three people were found dead in a Luton tower block flat. Nicholas Prosper, from Leabank, was arrested early Friday morning following the grim discovery in the Marsh Farm area.
Victims Identified as Mother and Two Children
The victims are believed to be Juliana Prosper, 48, and her two children, Kyle Prosper, 16, and Giselle Prosper, 13. Although formal identification is still pending, Bedfordshire Police have informed the next of kin, who are receiving support from specialist officers.
Firearm Recovered, Multiple Charges Laid
Prosper faces murder charges along with multiple firearms offences. He is set to appear at Luton Magistrates’ Court on 16 September.
Police rushed to the Leabank flats at 5:30am on Friday, where they found the three victims with fatal injuries. A firearm was seized during searches of the surrounding area.
Investigation Underway as Police Keep Guard
Detective Superintendent Rob Hall of the major crime unit said: “Our thoughts are with the three people who tragically lost their lives and their loved ones. This is an unimaginably difficult time for the family.”
Officers remain on-site in Leabank, continuing to gather critical evidence as the investigation unfolds.
