Man, 19, Faces Murder Charge in Thame Death

A 19-year-old man from Buckinghamshire has been charged over the fatal stabbing of Josh Harling in Thame.

Benjamin Eyles Charged with Murder

Benjamin Eyles, from Marlow Bottom, was hit with one count of murder and one of conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm with intent. The charges relate to a stabbing in Chinnor Road, Thame, on 22 July, where Josh Harling, aged 19, died. Eyles was also linked to an earlier incident in the town on 18 July. He appeared in court on 30 September and is now held in custody awaiting further hearing.

Other Suspects and Court Dates

K Nathan Braim, 20, from Thame, was previously charged with murder and is set to stand trial at Oxford Crown Court in January 2021. Meanwhile, a 16-year-old boy from Oxfordshire, arrested on suspicion of murder, remains on bail until 22 October. Another 19-year-old man arrested over the incident has been released with no further action.
