Youngster Suffers Serious Injuries

Police are probing an alarming incident in Tennyson Crescent, Waterlooville, where a child was hurt between 4pm and 4.30pm on Tuesday, 14 May. The youngster suffered two fractured arms and cuts to the face and neck, sparking a major investigation.

Two Arrests Made

A 40-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of owning a dog dangerously out of control causing injury. Meanwhile, a 27-year-old woman from Hayling Island faces charges linked to child neglect and assault, accused of causing unnecessary suffering.

Police Continue Inquiry, Need Public Help
