Man and Teen Charged After Violent Incident
A 42-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy from Homerton, London, will appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on Friday 18 September. Both have been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Teen Left with Broken Elbow in Subway Attack
The case stems from an assault at the Subway sandwich shop inside intu Lakeside on 29 August 2019. The victim, a 17-year-old boy, suffered a broken elbow following the shocking attack.
