Tragic Death on A21 Near Pembury – Police Seek Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Fatal Crash Rocks A21
Kent Police are hunting for witnesses after a man in his 40s died in a horrific collision on the A21 near Pembury on Saturday evening, 16 November 2024.
The drama unfolded shortly after 6pm on the coastbound carriageway when emergency services were called to a serious crash.
What Happened?
The victim was driving a white Isuzu pickup truck towing a trailer. Reports say he hit the central reservation before getting out of his vehicle. While on foot, the man was then struck by two vehicles – a grey Vauxhall Vivaro and a grey Skoda Kodiaq.
Despite desperate efforts from medics, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed.
Police Launch Full Investigation
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are leading the inquiry. They urgently want to hear from anyone who:
- Saw the initial crash or what happened beforehand
- Has dashcam footage from the A21 near Pembury around the time of the incident
