Disabled Woman Abused and Attacked in Southampton Common

At around 10am on Wednesday, May 5, a 36-year-old woman was verbally abused in the south-eastern corner of Southampton Common. The attacker reportedly targeted her disability during the confrontation.

Verbal Abuse Turns Violent

The situation quickly escalated when the man assaulted the woman with her own mobile phone, causing her pain. Witnesses describe the suspect as a Black male, aged between 25 and 45, of average build.
