A one-mile exclusion zone is now set around the river near the scrapyard on Richborough Road. No boats, canoes, or engines allowed in this critical search zone. The goal? Keep the water calm for rescue teams to work effectively.

- Zone 2: From Toll Bridge down towards the coast
