Rockinghorse Children’s Charity and Wishing Well Music for Health have scored a massive £100,000 grant from Youth Music, fueled by the National Lottery and Arts Council England. This cash injection guarantees therapeutic music sessions in Sussex children’s hospitals for another three years.

After a smashing three-year run, the partnership will roll on. Since 2020, thousands of young patients have felt comforted and cheered by the program. Skilled musicians will keep visiting key spots like the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton, Trevor Mann Baby Unit, Chalkhill Hospital, the Hove Eating Disorder Clinic, and Sussex Discovery College. Their interactive performances offer vital emotional and psychological support during tough times.
