The smash happened just before 8pm on Thursday. Firefighters from Fareham and Guildford used specialist cutting gear to free a woman trapped inside one of the wrecked vehicles. Surrey Police swiftly shut the road at around 8:30pm to allow emergency services room to operate.

The Surrey Air Ambulance landed at Aldershot Park, adding vital support alongside land ambulances, police officers, and the Hazardous Area Response Team. Several people were treated at the scene, though details on their conditions remain undisclosed.
