Desperate Search Underway for 9-Year-Old Bella Snatched in Southampton
A frantic hunt is on for Bella, a missing nine-year-old girl allegedly abducted by her father from a home in Southampton’s Mansbridge area yesterday afternoon.
Abduction Shocker in Mansbridge
Bella, just under 4ft tall and slim, has dark ginger hair with a striking purple streak at the front and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing bright Stitch pyjamas (shorts and t-shirt) and purple Stitch trainers.
Her mother, Rebecah Hynes, revealed the terrifying ordeal. Bella was taken shortly before 3pm on Sunday after her father, Daniel Burnet, reportedly broke into his mother’s house, chased Bella inside, and snatched her.
Mother’s Heartfelt Plea
“I know she is going to be very scared and on edge as she has not seen her father for some time. Everyone is very worried for Bella’s safety and I will do anything to get her home.”
Rebecah also revealed she and Bella had previously sought refuge in a women’s shelter due to troubling incidents involving Burnet. Her fears for Bella’s safety are intense.
Police Launch Urgent Hunt
Daniel Burnet is believed to be driving a newer white Mercedes and is thought to be in Southampton, possibly around Townhill, Thornhill, Bitterne, or Botley.
Hampshire Police confirmed they are urgently tracing Bella and Burnet, calling on the public for help to find them.
