Police raced to Jarrah Cottages, London Road, just before 3.25pm on Friday 10 March after a massive artic lorry careered off the road, smashing into several properties.
Man in 50s Dies at Scene
Despite desperate attempts by paramedics and passersby, a man in his 50s was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed, and a coroner’s file is being prepared. Thankfully, no one else was hurt.
