Woman in 70s Seriously Injured in Western Esplanade Van Crash
Emergency services rushed to Western Esplanade at around 4.50pm on Wednesday, December 9, after a woman in her 70s was hit by a silver Ford Transit van.
The woman sustained serious head, leg, and hip injuries and was taken to hospital for urgent treatment.
Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage from the moments before to get in touch immediately.
Call police on 101 and quote incident 824 of December 9.
