Red Funnel’s brand new Red Jet 7 is almost ready to hit the water. Ordered back in August 2017, the sleek ferry is being built by Wight Shipyard in East Cowes. She’ll be cruising the southampton/" title="Southampton" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Southampton to West Cowes route by early summer, promising speedy crossings and a smooth ride.

The buzz is building for the big naming event, open to the public! Shipspotters and locals can catch all the action from The Parade in Cowes. For the best view, arrive around midday to soak up the excitement.
