The incident occurred at around 11:15pm on December 29, just outside the Isambard Kingdom Brunel pub in Guildhall Walk.
Victim Hospitalised After Being Punched
The victim, a man in his 40s, suffered facial injuries after being punched and required hospital treatment.
Suspect Linked to Michael Jackson Tribute Concert
Authorities believe the attacker had attended a Michael Jackson tribute concert earlier that evening.
