A man in his 20s was stabbed multiple times in broad daylight outside a church on Poplar Walk, Croydon, tonight.
London Ambulance Service paramedics treated the victim at the scene before rushing him to a nearby hospital.

Police were called at around 6:19pm following reports of a male with stab wounds on Poplar Walk. Officers arrived quickly and discovered the young man suffering from slash wounds.
Victim Stable but Crime Scene Active
A police spokeswoman confirmed the victim’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing. A crime scene remains in place as officers continue their urgent investigation.
No Arrests Yet as Police Probe Stabbing
“No arrests have been made; enquiries are ongoing,” the spokeswoman added.
