Police probe guns incidents in Gosport
Police are investigating several incidents involving the firing of BB Guns in public. These incidents have taken place across the whole of Gosport, Two further reports were made yesterday in the Grove Road area of Gosport. Officers leading the in are urging the public to continue to report any such incidents or pass on any information you may have in relation to these incidents by calling 101 or talking to one of the local beat officers. This ‘thoughtless’ Anti-Social Behaviour could easily result in someone being seriously harmed. Police would also like to remind the public that it is an offence to possess an Imitation Firearm in a public place contrary to section 19 of the Firearms Act 1968.
