Man Attacked in Early Morning Car Assault in West Wycombe

Just after 3am today (6th June), police were called to West Wycombe Road following reports of a man assaulted inside a car. The victim, a man in his twenties, was treated at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and has now been discharged.

Grey Toyota Aventis Damaged in the Incident

The assault took place at the junction of Desborough Avenue and The Pastures. The grey Toyota Aventis the victim was in sustained damage during the attack.

Suspects are described as Asian men, but officers have yet to confirm how many were involved.

Police Appeal for Dash-Cam and CCTV Footage

“We are in the very early stages of this investigation and are keen to establish exactly what happened,” said Sergeant Paul Reading from High Wycombe police station. “We urge anyone with information, dash-cam, or CCTV footage from before, during, or after the incident to come forward.”

The police are especially interested in anyone who recognises the grey Toyota Aventis or has seen it in the area the night before the attack.

Sergeant Reading added: “Thank you to the public for their patience during this morning’s disruption around West Wycombe Road while we carried out our investigation.”
