Teen Busted in Northfleet Alley with 120 Wraps of Suspected Drugs

A 14-year-old boy from Erith has been charged with suspected drug dealing after a police sting in Northfleet, Gravesend.

Police Strike in Narrow Alley

Officers on patrol spotted a group of known drug users hanging around an alley between Alfred Place and Perry Street at about 4pm on Monday, 7 October 2019.

Big Haul of Class A Drugs Seized

They stopped a teenager found in the area and searched him, uncovering roughly 120 wraps of suspected crack cocaine and heroin. Alongside the drugs, officers also seized money and a mobile phone.

Young Dealer Remanded in Custody

The 14-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs. He has been charged and remanded in custody, set to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 19 October 2019.
