Three Arrests Made in Hunt for Missing Southampton Woman Joanne Sheen
Police have made a major breakthrough in the case of missing Southampton woman Joanne Sheen. Three men have been arrested as part of a new murder investigation.
Joanne Missing Since February
Joanne Sheen was reported missing by her family on 22 February after they hadn’t heard from her for several months. The last confirmed sighting of Joanne was way back on 5 December 2019, when she travelled from Fareham to Southampton with a friend.
Three Arrests Over Conspiracy to Murder
Hampshire Constabulary’s Major Crime Team arrested:
- A 50-year-old Southampton man on suspicion of conspiracy to murder
- A 63-year-old Southampton man also arrested on conspiracy to murder charges
- A 29-year-old man from Basingstoke, arrested for conspiracy to murder
All three remain in police custody as the investigation continues. Joanne’s body has not yet been found.
