A 23-year-old man from Northern Ireland was detained in the early hours on the M40 in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Thames Valley Police arrested him on behalf of Essex Police in connection to the heartbreaking deaths of 39 Vietnamese nationals found in a lorry trailer in Grays on 23 October.
