A Ramsgate man faces arson charges after five cars were set alight in a shocking spree.
Early Morning Blaze Sparks Police Hunt
Kent Police were called just after 5.20am on Saturday, 2 May 2020, after reports of four vehicles ablaze in Claremont Gardens and Grange Road. The horror didn’t stop there — a fifth car was later found damaged by fire.
Suspect Nabbed and Charged
Toby Pierce, 18, from Crescent Road, was arrested the very same morning. By the evening, he was charged with five counts of arson. Pierce is now in custody and set to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 4 May.
