A south east London Street has been thrown into armed lockdown following reports of a man waving a weapon around.
Armed Police were called to Horsley Street in Walworth just after 11pm on Tuesday evening.
One man has been arrested by Police and the road remains under Police guard.
A number of resident took to the street expressing their shock after seeing the road fill with Police and officers with weapons.
The Met Police have been approached for comment
