Police rushed to Faizan-E-Madina Mosque on Malcom Street in Derby after reports of smashed windows in the early hours of Sunday, March 21.
Brothers Charged with Religious Criminal Damage
Scott Mouser, 33, of Harrington Street, and Jason Mouser, 26, from Aston Close, have been hit with charges of religiously aggravated criminal damage over the incident.
Bail Conditions Ban Mosque Visit
The duo faced magistrates the very next day and were granted bail. Both must stay at least 100 metres away from the mosque until their next court date.
