Parents to Face Murder Trial This October

Former couple Jack Benham, 34, and Sian Hedges, 26, are due to stand trial in October this year for the 2020 murder of little Alfie. The tragedy unfolded in Hernhill, near Faversham.

Heartbreaking Details Emerge

Prosecutor Jennifer Knight KC told Maidstone Crown Court that Alfie died on November 28 after a night spent in a caravan. The toddler was in the sole custody of Benham and Hedges, who is Alfie’s mother and Benham’s former partner.
