A man in his 20s was viciously assaulted in Vineyard Street, Roberts, at around 2.35am this Sunday, 8 August.
Suspect Arrested, Still in Custody
Police quickly arrested a 31-year-old Colchester man on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. He remains in custody as officers continue their questioning.
Police Seek Witnesses to Morning Attack
Roberts staff are cooperating with police, but authorities urge anyone who saw the assault to come forward.
