Man Jumps Off Train to Smash Victim’s Jaw in Brutal Burton Attack

Just after 4pm on Sunday, January 30, trouble struck at Burton-on-Trent. A man, fresh off a train from Derby, launched an unprovoked assault on another passenger.

Unseen Attack Leaves Victim with Broken Jaw

The victim had been heading home after watching a football match in Derby when the attacker got off the same service and suddenly lashed out. The brutal punch left the victim with two fractured jaw bones.

Suspect Escapes on Birmingham-Bound Train

Without hesitation, the assailant then hopped on a train heading to Birmingham, disappearing before anyone could stop him.
