Police Hunting Man Who Approached Girl in Buckland
Police were alerted at 8.30am on Thursday 19 May after a 12-year-old girl reported being approached by a suspicious man near Drake Road and Raleigh Road, Buckland.
Detectives Urge Locals to Come Forward
Detective Inspector Nicky Baker said: “We need anyone who saw something unusual between 8am and 9am on Thursday to get in touch. If you were in the area, your information could be crucial.”
She added, “We’re especially keen to hear from anyone with CCTV, Ring doorbells, dashcams, or headcams. Any footage could help with our enquiries.”
Girl Unharmed but Police Increase Patrols
The girl was unharmed, but officers have stepped up their presence in the area as a precaution.
