Murder Probe Underway After Young Man Stabbed to Death in SE18
A murder investigation was launched on Wednesday, 28 September, after 23-year-old Dami Oloruntola suffered fatal stab wounds on Brookhill Road, SE18.
Two Charged in Connection with Fatal Stabbing
Mohammed Osman, 21, from Spearman Street, Greenwich, was arrested on 14 October. He was charged the next day with murder and possession of an offensive weapon. Osman is set to appear at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 17 October.
Earlier, on 2 October, Solomon Bamidele, 25, from Sutton-at-Hone, Kent, was arrested at an address in Harlow, Essex. He was also charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
Bamidele Held at Old Bailey; Next Appearance Set for December
Bamidele appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 4 October, and was remanded in custody. He faced the Old Bailey on Thursday, 6 October, and is scheduled to appear again on 21 December.
