John Atherton Gets Suspended Sentence for Affray
John Atherton, 36, admitted to Affray and was slapped with an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He must steer clear of alcohol for 120 days, complete 35 days of a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, and cough up £234 in victim surcharge and court fees.
Sarah Hickman Sentenced for Common Assault
Sarah Hickman, 51, pleaded guilty to Common Assault. She was handed a community order, including 80 hours of unpaid work. She also has to pay £234 towards victim surcharge and court costs.
