Detectives Return to Scene of Shocking Belfast Murder

Detectives reopened the investigation into Mark Halls’ brutal killing on Saturday afternoon. Detective Chief Inspector Neil McGuinness revealed chilling details about the savage attack.

“Mark was murdered just after 4.30pm on Saturday 18 December 2021,” said DCI McGuinness. “The vicious gun attack happened at a home on Rodney Drive, a busy residential area in Belfast.”

He added: “This was a cold, planned assault carried out when many locals were about, preparing for Christmas. It’s left the family devastated and shattered.”

Detectives are urging witnesses or anyone with information to come forward. “Please do the right thing,” McGuinness pleaded.
