Dawn Raid Drama in Kent: Two Nabbed After Midnight Break-In

Kent Police sprang into action at around 1.30am on Wednesday, 4 January 2023, following a reported break-in. Thieves made off with medication, cash, and a mobile phone from a property in Elm Place.
Quick Response Leads to Arrests
Officers on patrol rushed to the scene after witnesses spotted intruders lurking nearby. With help from CCTV footage, police tracked down and detained two men in the Newtown Road area.
Ashford Men Busted
- Two men, aged 40 and 29, both from Ashford, were arrested on suspicion of burglary.
- The younger suspect also faced a separate charge for possessing class B drugs.
Both were later released on bail until Thursday, 30 March as the investigation continues.
