Late-Night Sexual Assault Shocks Gabriel’s Hill
Between 4.15am and 4.30am on Saturday 23 September 2023, a woman was sexually assaulted in an alleyway halfway up Gabriel’s Hill.
The victim walked into the alley when she was attacked by a stranger — a black male who fled the scene before police were alerted.
Police Hunt Suspect and Appeal for Witnesses
Detective Inspector Helen Smithers from Kent Police’s Major Crime Unit said: “Our detectives have been carrying out forensic tests and reviewing CCTV footage around the area.”
She added: “We urge anyone with information or who witnessed anything to come forward immediately.”
Dashcam Drivers Urged to Help Crack the Case
Anyone with dashcam footage from Gabriel’s Hill or nearby roads at the time is asked to check their recordings. It could be vital to the investigation.
